The T8 powertrain comes with the supercharged, turbocharged four-cylinder engine plus an electric motor. The combined efforts of both motors supply up to 400 horsepower. The vehicles have a combined fuel rating of 27 mpg. When using the electric motor only, the XC90 travels up to 18 miles on a full charge. All of the engine versions come with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Interior

The cabin of the 2021 XC90 keeps the minimalist Scandinavian style but remains elegant.
